AI search is changing how people research treatments, products, and providers. That deserves our attention.

But I am not going to tell you Instagram is dead or that every medspa needs to reinvent its entire marketing plan by Friday.

What I will tell you is this: potential clients are asking longer, more specific questions online. Some are asking Google. Some are using AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Claude, or Perplexity. If your online presence is vague, outdated, or inconsistent, it becomes harder for both people and search systems to understand what you do.

This is another reason to build a clear, credible online foundation.
